Weekly Meetings

Week 4, May 30th – June 5th:

Meeting with Prof Notash resulted in suggesting further research on H-Bridges and creating a skid plate for the battery.

Team meeting was short, code was transferred over from test mower to the PALM mower and discussed troubleshooting with the RTK units.

Week 4, May 23rd – 29th:

Class meeting with Prof Notash was discussing current progress and suggestions from the industry experts.

Our group meeting discussed electronics integration and utilizing the RTK system. We are doing research on how best to integrate these boards properly with what we wish to accomplish.

Week 3, May 16th – 22nd:

Class meeting with Prof Notash. We provided updates showing progress with the docking station design and RTK integration and initial testing. We discussed updating the block diagram and flowchart to make additions that the industry experts suggested as well as an optional inductive charging method between the docking station and mower to help recharge the mower while on standby.

Week 2, May 9th – 15th:

First meeting with Prof Notash. We provided updates to what we are currently building and designing at the moment.

We got together as a team to exchange parts for testing and coding, then planned out what we want to do next for product development.

Week 1, May 2th – 8th:

Quick meeting as a group before the semester starts so we can quickly plan on what we are doing in the next few weeks. We compiled research material for coding the mower for both manual controls and GPS movement.
